Congress terms and conditions

Registration cancellation policy

75% of registration fee may be refunded upon written cancellation to [email protected] before D-30 (D is the date of the event). Payment is non-refundable thereafter.

Pre-paid parking for any event is non refundable.

Active registrations are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes, postponement and cancellation – Applicable to individuals

If the event is cancelled or postponed, any registrations and reservations will be transferred to the next occurrence (onsite/hybrid/virtual).

Changes, postponement and cancellation – Applicable to groups

The general terms and conditions of sale applicable to groups are identical to the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to individuals if the congress is either postponed or transformed into a hybrid or 100% virtual one.

The group leader may request the modification of the names of the group members as long as the services remain unchanged, until D-15 before the congress.

Programme

The BSC reserves the right to modify the congress programme at any time, which is published as an indication only and subject to change.

No waiving of fees nor right to further claims will be possible should the BSC be obliged to alter the congress programme.

Sessions and hands-on

Availability is limited, especially for hands-on sessions. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Privacy agreement

By registering to the congress, I agree to subscribe to the congress and the organizing agency newsletters.

In addition, first name and surname may be included in the final participants list which might be sent to the industry members. If you do not want to appear in this list, please contact us at [email protected]

During the congress, attendees may be photographed and videoed by the BSC capturing the event. Some of these photographs or videos may be displayed by the BSC in future publications or materials connected with the event, as well as on social media.

Social Media

Screenshots of the presentation are allowed in your social media posts, but please refrain from recording and posting any videos on your social media. This activity is not permitted.
