Peter Sinnaeve graduated in 1994 and trained as a cardiologist in Leuven and at the Duke Clinical Research Institute. He is professor at the University of Leuven and his clinical expertise lies in acute cardiac care, interventional cardiology, pericardiology, as well as cardiac rehabilitation, while his research focuses on secondary prevention in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.
