Jana Raman is a PhD student at the Centre for Molecular and Vascular Biology at KU Leuven. Her research investigates the roles of resident and recruited macrophages in Heart Failure with a Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF). She has a special interest in HFpEF animal models and the mechanobiology of cardiac stiffness.
